Job Description

Our client, a global leader in hospitality design, is creating world-class hotels, resorts, and destinations across more than 60 countries. Headquartered in Warwick, RI, we’re a diverse, collaborative team that values creativity, curiosity, and excellence.

About the Position:

We’re seeking a Project Director / Architect who shares our love of travel, design, and big ideas, someone who can lead, inspire, and deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through completion
• Manage design teams, schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Oversee internal production and coordination with consultants
• Mentor junior designers and foster team growth
• Partner with firm leaders and creative directors to drive design excellence
• Travel for design meetings and key presentations.

What You Bring

• 7-10+ years of experience in architecture or interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and hand sketching
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Professional Architecture degree from an accredited University is required
• Professional Architectural Registration
• Hospitality or multi-unit residential project experience strongly
