WhatYou'llDo:

• Leadtechnicaldevelopmentandcoordinationof K12educationprojectsfromdesignthroughconstructiondocumentation.
• ServeastechnicalauthorityonDSAstandards,codeinterpretation,andagencyapprovals.
• Superviseandmentorjuniorteammembers,manageconsultants,andguidedeliverablesacrossallphases.
• Ensureprojectcompliance,designquality,andcoordinationwithstakeholdersandgovernmentagencies.
• Collaboratewithprojectmanagersandprincipalsonplanning,scheduling,budgeting,andteamresourcing.
• Engageinoccasionalmarketingandclient-facingpresentations.

Qualifications /MustHaves:

• AccrediteddegreeinArchitectureorrelatedfield.
• LicensedArchitectinCalifornia (REQUIRED).
• 7+yearsofexperience
• withdemonstratedstrengthinpublic-sectororeducationprojects.
• ExtensiveknowledgeofDSAprocesses,Californiabuildingcodes,and K12educationalfacilities.
• ProficientinRevit;familiaritywithproductionworkflowsandqualityassuranceprotocols.
• Strongcommunicationandleadershipskills.
• MustbebasedinSacramentoornearby
• andabletoworkin-office3days/week (Mon &Friremote).

Compensation &Benefits:

• Salaryrange:$110,000 $140,000 (DOE)
