Project Architect - Senior Living

Position Overview
The Project Architect for Senior Living will lead the architectural design and development of innovative senior living communities. This role focuses on creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments while ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of senior living projects from conceptual design through to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews to maintain high design standards.
- Utilize Revit for detailed architectural modeling and documentation.
- Prepare and present design concepts and project proposals to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding senior living facilities.
- Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on senior living or similar projects.
- Licensed Architect with architectural registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes in architectural design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
