Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in St. Louis City, MO. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring that design and technical requirements are met. Daily tasks include overseeing design development, coordinating with clients and consultants, preparing submittals, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. The Project Architect will also manage the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and participate in sustainable design initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversight of projects from initial concept to completion of construction
• Working directly with clients, consultants, and internal team members
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and design standards

Role has potential to develop into:

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Licensed Architect or eligible for the exam
• Demonstrated proficiency in Revit and writing Specifications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
