What You’ll Be Doing as a PROJECT ARCHITECT
* Lead project coordination, document production, and technical development from concept through completion
* Manage consultant integration and maintain quality, schedule, and project delivery standards
* Oversee construction documents, specifications, and construction administration activities
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
* Apply technical expertise to laboratory and science environments, including planning, detailing, and coordination for complex building systems

About You
* Registered Architect required
* 5+ years of professional experience, including strong experience in laboratory and science projects
* Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate consultants across multiple phases
* Strong technical knowledge, document production skills, and understanding of building codes and constructability
* Proficiency in Revit and experience managing complex project workflows
* Confident communicator who is organized, proactive, and client-focused
