About the Role

We are seeking a Project Architect who thrives in a fast-paced, focused, and collaborative environment and is passionate about design excellence and project execution. This role requires an individual with strong technical expertise, comprehensive construction knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and develop projects from concept through completion. If you’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to work with a team of dedicated design professionals—who are passionate about the work we do—you’ll feel right at home at VWB.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases — from design development to construction administration.
• Develop and manage detailed REVIT models and drawing sets.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and constructability.
• Oversee and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and quality.
• Engage directly with clients and project stakeholders.
• Participate in a range of project types, including architecture and interior-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (required).
• 10+ years experience (min) as a Project Architect or Project Manager (required)
• Professional licensure (, or on track for licensure).
• Expert-level proficiency in REVIT — this is essential.
• Extensive construction knowledge and experience with documentation and detailing. [commercial construction – steel, masonry, concrete]
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from design through construction.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, high-accountability environment.
• A passion for design quality and technical precision.
