About the Role

The studio is seeking a talented, registered Architect with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. The role involves working on Education sector projects and requires someone who has has worked with schools, client facing and has at least 2 school projects under their belt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complex, detailed implementation documents and drawings with minimal supervision, using advanced architectural knowledge and techniques.
  • Contribute creative thinking to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Lead or coordinate teams in planning work and solving technical or design detail challenges, providing guidance where required.
  • Review and oversee the preparation of implementation documents produced by the architectural team to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.

About You

You will be a qualified Architect with:

  • Registration as an Architect (UK ARB or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience post-registration, ideally with exposure to Education sector projects.
  • You need to be able to run the sector and extract new Business from the existing client
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in preparing complex architectural documentation.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovative design.
  • Experience leading or mentoring small project teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
