Role Summary:
Seeking a talented, licensed Project Architect or Designer with 5–10 years of experience to contribute to design documentation, construction administration, project management, and client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative studio environment and demonstrates technical design proficiency on complex projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of design documentation through construction administration
- Participate actively in project management and client coordination
- Apply strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types
- Produce high-quality deliverables within a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Licensed Architect OR demonstrated progress toward architectural licensure
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and produce documents for multiple concurrent projects
- U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship available)
Experience:
- Experience with aviation, higher education, or municipal project types ()
