Conrad Consulting are delighted to be once again working with a leading, AJ100 architectural practice, seeking to appoint an experienced Architect to join its Warwick office. The studio is part of a wider network known for delivering innovative, commercially aware and socially responsible design across a diverse range of sectors. \n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an Architect with around 5 years post‑qualification experience to take on meaningful project responsibility, contribute to high‑profile schemes and grow within a supportive, design‑led environment.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe position offers involvement across all RIBA stages, from early concept development through to technical delivery and on‑site coordination. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver projects that balance creativity, technical rigour and commercial understanding.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nLeading project work across mixed‑use, student accommodation, retail and regeneration schemes amongst others\n\nDeveloping design concepts and producing high‑quality technical information\n\nManaging client relationships and representing the studio at meetings\n\nCoordinating with consultants, contractors and local authorities\n\nSupporting junior team members and contributing to a positive studio culture\n\nEnsuring compliance with planning policy, building regulations and best practice\n\nWorking both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, creative environment\n\nAbout You\n\nQualified Architect with approximately 5 years post‑qualification experience\n\nStrong design skills paired with solid technical knowledge\n\nExperience across a range of sectors and project types\n\nConfident working directly with clients and external stakeholders\n\nProficient in relevant design and BIM software.
