An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Project Architect for their Columbus team!
Responsibilities:
- Planning, programming, design, and project management
- Work with Director of Design
- Lead/manage multi-discipline design teams
- Research/coordinate materials and products for project specifications
- Apply all local, state, and federal applicable building codes
- Research new building materials and industry standards
- Mentor junior staff
- Provide efficient/elegant design solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 10+ Project Architect experience in either sports management, sports design, entertainment design, owner representation, or program management
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements
- RA license required
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and LEED
- Experience in Photoshop and Sketchup
Salary is commensurate with experience.
