Architect – Stage 4 Commercial and Healthcare sector projects

£40,000 – £45,000 | London | Revit

The Role

We’re working closely with a well-established central London practice with a strong reputation for delivering technically robust and beautifully detailed commercial projects.

They’re looking for a skilled Architect to join their friendly, design-conscious team based in Central London. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident working on Stage 4 packages, has solid Revit experience, and enjoys seeing ideas come to life with precision and care. You'll be joining a studio that values clarity in design, attention to detail, and long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical drawing packages at RIBA Stage 4
• Collaborate closely with project leads and senior team members
• Coordinate with external consultants and specialists
• Translate design intent into fully detailed construction information
• Maintain quality control across technical documentation
• Work confidently in Revit across all detailing and documentation tasks

Requirements

• ARB-registered Architect
• 2–4 years' post-Part III experience, ideally in commercial / healthcare projects
• Proven track record delivering Stage 4 packages
• Proficient in Revit (essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Organised, detail-driven, and a team player
