This a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who work on a range of multidisciplined projects across the north west of England. They are on the lookout for an experienced Project Architect to join their team based in Stockport.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects

Lead and work across RIBA work stages 1 through to 5 on residential and commercial projects

Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved

Prepare design drawings for competitive tender Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:



ARB registered

Strong post RIBA part 3 qualification as an Architect within a UK practice

Proficient with Revit

Education sector experience would be beneficial

Job running experience

Excellent technical and drawing skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and organisational skills
