Responsible for creating automation proposals, managing customer projects, and supporting sales efforts, the Applications Engineer / Project Manager ensures projects meet quality, budget, and delivery goals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Core Responsibilities

Application Engineering

• Design automation concepts and detailed proposals
  

• Maintain CRM and follow up on leads
  

• Create proposal templates and support cost tracking
  

Project Management

• Lead and coordinate customer projects
  

• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources
  

• Communicate with customers and resolve technical issues
  

• Ensure complete documentation
  

Sales & Marketing Support

• Join client meetings and sales calls
  

• Develop proposals and support presentations
  

• Assist in trade shows and partnership development
