Job Summary
The Project Analyst supports New Jersey operations and cross-functional teams by developing and executing processes related to meter change initiatives. This role is directly responsible for researching, coordinating, and tracking meter changes in collaboration with property owners and internal operations teams. The Project Analyst ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and timely progress tracking of LOS initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Support NJ operations and functional areas in the planning and execution of meter change processes

Research meter data and coordinate meter change activities with property owners and operations teams

Develop and document process improvements related to meter change initiatives

Track, report, and analyze LOS project progress and milestones

Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Required Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with enterprise systems; SAP

General knowledge of utility operations and customer billing practices

Understanding of project management principles and meter operations practices

Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations

Familiarity with company procedures, policies, and operational standards

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Education

High school diploma or equivalent
