Project Administrator

Location: Appleton, WI

We provide full-service engineering, procurement and construction management services to industrial process manufacturers that operate in pulp & paper, chemical, consumer product and food & beverage market. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

We are looking for a motivated individual to perform document management and administrative functions for projects in a team environment. This position will provide support for multiple projects in the local office while maintaining effective communication with Project Managers, Engineering Leads, internal taskforce members and field personnel. This position will also provide general administrative support for various office needs and activities.

  • This individual will perform basic project management work processes and will work within project teams.
  • Perform technical and administrative duties including, but not limited to, creating and revising MS Office documents, scanning/printing hard-copy documents, revision control, proper formatting and clean up, etc.
  • Support project managers and project teams by coordinating schedules, meetings, publishing notes and action items, and other project activities.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly via verbal and written communications.
  • Providing general administrative support for various office needs and activities.

  • Experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to read and interpret schedule milestones and project budgets.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in an Engineering or Construction industry.
