Job Description Job Description We are looking for an individual who would like to work with a Design/Build firm that creates beautiful luxurious homes. This individual would be the central hub for the Project Managers and provides administrative support. Some interior design background would be helpful for this position. Summary: The Project Administrator assists & supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as working on bid submissions, setting up new subcontractors or vendors; procurement of materials and working on managing specs schedule; scheduling meetings with subcontractors or consultants; getting samples for project materials and any other tasks requested by the Project Manager. KEY INTERFACES: Project Manager, Accounting Department ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Project Manager to help process bids, coordinate meetings and assist with budgets. Work with Accounting Department to establish new subcontractors or vendors Work with Project Managers to review bids and requests purchase orders for project materials, subcontractors or vendors. Process and Code all invoices for payment Procurement of materials and work with Project Manager(s) Request change orders that are approved by Project Manager and CEO Track all materials purchases and services for the project and maintain a project schedule for specs Create and manage project binders Assist with office tasks, such as filing and errands.
