About the Role: Programmer / IT Engineer – Process & Development
The Programmer / IT Engineer – Process & Development is responsible for designing, programming, configuring, and maintaining ACG’s internal systems and business processes, with Odoo ERP as the core platform. This role transforms operational workflows into standardized, documented, and measurable processes, develops KPIs and dashboards, supports cross‐department automation, and drives continuous improvement and system adoption company‐wide.

What You Will Do
- Analyze existing workflows across all departments and identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Design and implement standardized business processes and SOPs
- Configure, customize, and program Odoo ERP modules to support operations
- Define KPIs and build dashboards and reports for leadership and departments
- Document processes, system configurations, and changes in alignment with QMS standards
- Train users on systems, processes, KPIs, dashboards, and Odoo usage
- Monitor adoption, provide follow‐up support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support automation and data accuracy across operational systems

- Process coverage and gap closure
- Process adoption and compliance rates

Required Experience

Work Conditions & Requirements
- Physical: Prolonged computer work; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs

No prior hands‐on HDD operating experience
• Failure to comply with safety procedures

Certifications
HDD Operator certification or equivalent industry credential
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• First Aid/CPR
• Utility locating or underground safety certifications
