We have an excellent opportunity for a SC Cleared Programme Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme within a key Central Government department.\n\nThe programme spans organisational, digital, and data-driven change, with a strong emphasis on operating model redesign.\n\nIn this assignment, you will be integral in shaping and executing strategic change across multiple workstreams.\n\nYour key remit and responsibilities will include:\n\nCo-ordinating complex programme delivery\nLeading and managing multiple workstreams.\nOperating model design and implementation\nDevelopment of technology strategy aligned with transformation goals\nDrive adoption of new operating models and transformation initiatives\nEngage confidently with senior stakeholders, including board-level executives\nOperate within a complex delivery ecosystemTo be considered for this assignment, your skills and experience will include:\n\nProven experience in operating model and transformation programme delivery within the public sector\nStrong understanding of digital and data strategy within change programmes\nDemonstrable success in managing senior stakeholder relationships within public sector environments\nAbility to lead across multiple teams and suppliers in a complex delivery landscapeIdeal candidates will hold active SC clearance.\n\nThis assignment is inside scope of IR35 and offered on a hybrid working model (50% office / 50% work from home).
