Programme Manager - ServiceNow Implementation in Northam

A well-known HE organisation at the start of a ServiceNow implementation is seeking a Programme Manager to provide leadership, structure and delivery assurance from the outset.\n\nThis role is critical in setting strong foundations for future phases.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead Wave 1 delivery of a ServiceNow implementation programme.\n\n * Establish programme governance, delivery cadence and controls.\n\n * Coordinate multiple workstreams including platform configuration, integrations and service design.\n\n * Manage delivery partners and internal stakeholders.\n\n * Ensure early‑phase risks, dependencies and design decisions are well managed.\n\n * Support transition planning into subsequent implementation waves.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n * Strong and recent HE experience is advantageous\n\n * Demonstrable experience leading ServiceNow or enterprise ITSM platform implementations.\n\n * Strong programme governance and early‑phase delivery capability.\n\n * Experience setting up delivery structures for multi‑wave programmes.\n\n * Confident working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
