We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of complex projects within the automotive sector. This pivotal role involves planning, execution, and delivery of programmes to meet customer expectations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 

The Programme Manager will:



Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Lead cross-functional project teams, manage risks, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Implement quality control measures to meet automotive industry standards and customer specifications.

Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare regular reports on programme status, KPIs, financial metrics, and milestones.  

The Programme Manager will have:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's ).

5+ years' experience in programme and project management within the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
