Job Description
Programme Manager - Milton Keynes, up to £70,000 per annum plus benefits - Hybrid\n\nWe are partnering an innovative brand in Milton Keynes to lead their search for a Programme Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The Programme Manager will recieve a salary around £70,000 per annum plus a wider benefits package which will include healthcare, pension and annual bonus plan. \n\nThe key responsibilties of the Programme Manager will include:\n\nStrategic Delivery: Manage the successful delivery of programme portfolios, adhering to the Project Lifecycle Gateway process.\n\nCommercial Management: Oversee programme-level budgets, financial forecasting, and scope/change management.
\n\nCustomer Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships to drive satisfaction and identify new opportunities for follow-on orders. \n\nBusiness Development: Work with technical managers and project leaders to prepare strategic roadmaps and support the bid/proposal process for new business. \n\nRisk & Reporting: Manage risks and report on KPIs, project performance, and issues to the executive team using dashboard tools\n\nTo be successful in this role, applicants will need the following:\n\nEssential Requirements:\n\nEducation: Degree educated with further qualifications such as Prince 2\n\nExperience: Extensive Programme-level leadership in the automotive sector, including the delivery of high-end automotive projects.\n\nCommercial: Experience with bid/contract writting would be highly advantageous\nTechnical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.\n\nSoft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders\n\nInterested and want to join a people focused organisation?
