Role Summary

A hands-on Programme Manager is sought to support a leading fintech organization in managing a complex legal entity transition, focusing on coordinating people and process migrations - you must have experienced of doing this type of programme within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

• Orchestrating the seamless transfer of personnel between legal entities
• Managing process realignment and documentation
• Ensuring minimal disruption during organizational transition
• Coordinating communication and change management activities
• Tracking and reporting on migration progress and milestones
