Programme Manager in EC1

Job DescriptionAn experienced Programme Manager is required to oversee multiple projects across a major PFI environment in London. This permanent role will take responsibility for a varied technical programme, with a particular focus on HVAC, M&E and asset-related projects. You'll need a strong understanding of PFI environments alongside the technical awareness to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and delivery priorities effectively. The Role   As the Programme Manager, you'll: Oversee multiple technical projects across a complex PFI environment. Manage programmes covering HVAC, M&E and wider asset-related works. Coordinate project priorities, programmes and delivery across the site. Work closely with technical teams, contractors and key stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure works are delivered to required standards. Support effective project governance and delivery within the PFI framework. About You   To be successful as the Programme Manager, you'll have: Previous experience working within a PFI environment. Programme or project management experience overseeing multiple technical projects. A strong technical background, ideally including HVAC and M&E systems. Experience within asset management, technical leadership or M&E project delivery. Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities. SPV experience would be highly advantageous. Ability to meet the security clearance requirements associated with the role. What's in it for You? £70,000–£80,000 per year. Bonus of approximately £4,000. 30 days' annual leave. Permanent position within a major PFI environment. Four days per week on site with some flexibility. Time off in lieu for occasional weekend working.
