Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise acquisition/integration initiative within Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM).

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs independently.

\n

• Coordinate across ESM, HR, Technology/Cyber, Finance, Procurement and other business teams.

\n

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and deliverables.

\n

• Identify gaps/dependencies and proactively drive resolution.

\n

• Influence teams without direct authority and keep stakeholders aligned.

\n

• Prepare and present executive-level project updates and recommendations.

\n

• Use both Agile and traditional/Waterfall project management methodologies.

\n

• Maintain project documentation, reporting and tracking using PowerPoint/Excel/Word or Google Workspace.

\n

\n

Required:

\n

\n
• 7+ years of hands-on Project/Program Management experience

\n

• Senior/Lead-level project leadership experience

\n

• Strong cross-functional enterprise program experience

\n

• Agile + Waterfall/Traditional PM experience

\n

• Strong risk, issue and dependency management

\n

• Executive/senior leadership communication

\n

• Ability to independently drive projects and make recommendations

\n
