Hiring: Program / Project Manager (Data Center / Engineering)

Location: Sparks, NV (On-site)

⏳ Duration: 11 months (extension/conversion possible)

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical projects in a fast-paced data center environment. This role is highly independent and requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including vendors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination and execution of assigned programs/projects
• Oversee all phases of project delivery: planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting
• Review design documentation and test scripts
• Track progress, manage risks, and report status updates to leadership
• Coordinate with internal teams, partner organizations, vendors, and subcontractors
• Lead workstreams and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and execution

Top Required Skills

1. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
2. Project Management experience (PM)
3. Controls systems experience

Tools

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

Experience Required

• 5–6+ years in electrical, mechanical, project management, or data center commissioning roles
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, practices, and execution standards
