Program Production Supervisor

Job DescriptionJob Description

The Program Production Supervisor will work with the Operations Team and Program Manager to launch and maintain a modular building program. The ideal candidate will be an assertive team leader with extensive construction experience and strong communication skills. This individual will be expected to lead and develop multiple assembly crews in a competitive, innovative function as to drive program success. This individual will demonstrate high degrees of self-motivation and problem solving. They will perform in a collaborative team environment, while maintaining the ability to work with limited supervision.

Requirements:

High School Diploma minimum; College, military or tech training

Minimum of five(5+) years experience managing multiple subcontractors, assembly personnel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite required

Ability to interpret project documents and drawings and build to specifications

There will be training also.
