About the Role:
The Program Manager for Youth Services will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to support the health and well-being of youth within the community. This role is pivotal in ensuring that services are accessible, effective, and aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Program Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders to create innovative solutions that address the unique needs of people. They will oversee program budgets, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve service delivery based on data-driven insights. Ultimately, this position aims to empower youth through comprehensive support services that promote positive health and social outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing programs within health care or social assistance sectors, preferably focused on youth services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prepare reports, and oversee program compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage youth-focused health and social service programs that meet community needs and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and community organizations to foster collaboration and resource sharing.
- Monitor program performance through data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure goals and compliance standards are met.
- Oversees the daily tasks and responsibilities of staff.
- Provide leadership, training, and supervision to program staff to maintain high-quality service delivery and professional development.
- Engage with youth and families to gather feedback and tailor programs to better serve their needs.
- Stay informed of best practices, policy changes, and emerging trends in youth health and social services to inform program improvements.
- Completes and submits quarterly reporting metrics, progress reports, and other deliverables for record keeping. Participates in program meetings. Attends external and internal meetings
