Title: Program Manager - Sales

Location: Remote

Pay: $45 - $50 + Benefits

W2 Contract Duration: 6 months (expected to extend up to 18 months)

We are seeking a high-caliber, analytical, process, and detail-oriented individual to drive process standardization and execution and program management across our Sales organization. The role will be a part of the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team, overseeing group strategy and operational execution. The primary objectives of this role are to (a) own operational support processes with the intent of continuous improvement to the way the business operates, (b) identify, draft, and implement process improvements, and (c) manage annual budget utilization for sales incentive programs.

The role partners with stakeholders across Sales Teams and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable clearly communicating and managing sales operational execution. Performance is measured on the impact they have had on our operational effectiveness.

Sales Strategic Planning & Operations Responsibilities:

  • Drive business strategies, improve operational processes, and implement successful growth incentive programs based on measurable ROI objectives.
  • Manage utilization of the budget for sales incentive programs by approving and distributing funds.
  • Partner with global sales, marketing, and sales operations on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects.
  • Operationalize commerce incentive programs for successful seller experiences.
  • Employ problem-solving and analytical skills to facilitate program decision making, unblocking, and risk mitigation.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the Sales organization to monitor the operations roadmap, execute on projects, and establish effective feedback loops with cross-functional teams.
  • Synthesize project work for leadership consumption to make effective, analytically driven decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject (Business Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
  • 4-6 years of experience in roles such as Business Operations, Program Management, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Risk Management.
  • Experience organizing, prioritizing, executing, and communicating numerous concurrent work streams across a range of stakeholders and topics with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving experience, providing sound business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience – including managing multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting program content to general audiences. Advanced Excel and PPT skills.
  • Ability to provide support to internal and external customers.
  • Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multiple different Sales Go-To-Market motions.
  • Experience managing budget usage or dealing with financial data.
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, and/or SQL.
  • Experience in being a member of globally operating organizations within a matrix structure.
