Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross‑functional programs, drive execution excellence, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, stakeholder‑focused, and comfortable managing complex programs in fast‑paced enterprise environments. Knowledge of SAP systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end program delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and operations teams to align goals and outcomes
• Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive reviews
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage changes
• Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, governance, and quality standards
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and predictability
• Leverage SAP knowledge (where applicable) to align program execution with enterprise systems and workflows.

Required Technical & Professional Skills

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in IT or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience coordinating large, cross‑functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• SAP knowledge or exposure is a plus (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, or related modules)
• Proficiency with project/program management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.)
