Program Manager (Prosci Certified) in Las Vegas

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Program Manager with expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Process Engineering, and Large-Scale Transformation. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Credit Cards or Payments domain, particularly in Risk, Fraud, or Operations, along with Prosci Certification and PMP.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience with 5+ years leading large transformation/modernization programs

\n

• Strong experience in OCM, Process Engineering, and Digital Transformation

\n

• Domain expertise in Credit Cards/Payments, Risk, Fraud, or Operations

\n

• Experience managing 50+ member onsite teams

\n

• Expertise in Program Governance, Budget Management, Risk Mitigation, and Stakeholder Management

\n

• Experience with Cloud Migration, DevOps, ERP Upgrades, or Legacy Modernization

\n

• Prosci Certification and PMP Certification required

\n

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
