Job Description

Program Manager Oracle Fusion London, Rotterdam (PMO Office location) or Stuttgart. Permanent Role.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Oracle to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations and post-implementation support across global operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate multi-country challenges, diverse regulatory environments, and multicultural team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership – Define and implement governance frameworks for enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion ERP programs.
• Strategic Alignment – Develop program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Oracle’s strategic direction.
• Execution & Oversight – Manage large-scale ERP rollouts, integrating Oracle Fusion across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and T&A systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure program success.
• Financial & Risk Management – Oversee program budgets, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
• Process Optimization – Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Your Expertise

• Proven Oracle Fusion Experience – Hands-on expertise in full-cycle implementations.
• Global Operations & Compliance – Strong ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and manage multi-country ERP deployments.
• IT & Business Integration – Extensive background in system integrations, cloud applications, data governance, and change management.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Experience managing diverse teams, system integrators, and offshore resources in complex enterprise environments.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Exceptional Communication – Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to Travel – Willing to travel internationally (30-50%).
• Multilingual Advantage – Fluent in English; German or additional are a plus.
