The Program Manager for Supporter Living is directly responsible for management of overall household functions including Active Treatment, Behavior Modification, PABS/ABST, CPR and Standard First Aid, in accordance with the individual education and program plans.
Under direction of the QIDP, the Program Manager is responsible for staff supervision and training, including timely and accurate client documentation, following TERI policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Your Role & Responsibilities –
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all clients at all times.
- Supervise and support direct care staff, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Manage household operations, including finances, supplies, meals, cleaning, and facility maintenance.
- Oversee and assist with client medical, dental, and behavioral care, including documentation and participation in appointments.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and CDPH licensing regulations, including required documentation and incident reporting.
- Provide direct care and behavior support using approved PABS/ABST techniques.
- Transport clients to programs, appointments, and community activities as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications –
- Must be to meet the privacy and comfort needs of clients
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential care, human services, or a related field; supervisory experience .
- Strong ability to ensure client health, safety, and rights while upholding agency and licensing standards.
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills, including training and supporting direct care staff.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Associate of Arts.
Pay –
$23.00 Hourly
Status –
Full-time
- Split Shift Monday – Friday 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM & 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
