Role/Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the supplier rationalization program in Control Business. You will manage the program in outsourcing 3 major categories (Injection Molding, Machining and PCBA). You will be based out at Texas and need to travel to Reynosa and Matamoros based on the requirement.

Responsibility

Manage the program in Effective way

• Ability to manage multiple project
• Push non-core category parts to contract manufacturing
• Need to manage core team
• Manage Make Vs Buy initiatives
• Manage supplier rationalization program by reducing 80% of the suppliers

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum or 7-10 years of industry / functional experience.
• HVAC Products Knowledge
• Strong Procurement experience with Buyer role and program management skill
• Excellent leadership skills, Self-starter, ability to review processes and instill continuous improvement methodologies, including institution and execution of a formal quality assurance program.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills. Ability to lead and participate in meetings,
• Functional expertise in supply chain.
• Ability to travel
• Strong in Microsoft excel, Power point and MS project
• Effective communicator

• PMP Certified
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $35.00 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $44.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
