Job Summary

\n

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager 2 to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment. The role will oversee program planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, customer relationships, product lifecycle activities, and overall program performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, business acumen, and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to support successful program execution.

\n

• Monitor program KPIs, performance metrics, deliverables, and timelines, driving corrective actions as needed.

\n

• Lead cross-functional teams across product development, quality, delivery, and operations.

\n

• Serve as the primary customer interface, managing escalations, customer satisfaction, and ongoing relationships.

\n

• Coordinate product lifecycle activities and support contract negotiations and business growth initiatives.

\n

• Maintain accountability for overall program success and financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.

\n

• Drive process improvements and effective issue-resolution strategies across complex programs.

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.

\n

• 3+ years of program administration, program management, or related experience.

\n

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and complex programs.

\n

• Experience with program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

\n

• Customer-facing experience, including customer relationship and escalation management.

\n

• Experience tracking program performance, KPIs, deliverables, and corrective actions.

\n

• Knowledge of product development and product lifecycle management.

\n

• Strong leadership, communication, technical, operational, and process improvement skills.

\n

• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes, technologies, and operations.

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• P&L or financial accountability experience.

\n

• Contract negotiation support and business growth experience.

\n

• Multi-site program management experience.

\n

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or related manufacturing environments.

\n

• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), Lean/Six Sigma, ERP/PLM systems, or supplier/vendor management.

\n

• Experience managing large cross-functional teams.

\n
