Program Manager -Mental Health - Restorative Justice Program

CCC is seeking to employ a Program Manager(PM) the Restorative Justice program.
The PM will be responsible to manage and oversee the day-to-day operation and execution of the program. The PM will coordinate and engage with community partners and facilitate communication to ensure clear expectations and understanding of program goals. The PM will provide support to the direct care personnel, staff recruitment, and personnel management. The PM will assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses and create and submit reports as needed. The PM will oversee the implementation of program changes and enhancements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications: BSc/BA in business administration or related field; MSc/MA is an asset. The Idea candidate should have experience in project management, performance and operations management and proven experience as an assistant director or other similar position. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards, great communication and public speaking, public relation and marketing skills. The idea candidate should have excellent organization, leadership and an aptitude in problem solving.

Expected hours: 40 per week
