One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The Program Manager will be responsible for overall Service Entry Sheet and WO2Pay program support.

The candidate must be a US or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5+ years of related experience; utility industry experience .

Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level oversight of projects and deliverables by partnering with internal teams, supporting processes, and managing data-related tasks, including Power BI reporting.
• Support onboarding of suppliers, daily and weekly reporting, training for employees and suppliers, billing platform conversion efforts, and SharePoint management.
• Coordinate and complete projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and organizational impact, including subprojects or defined workstreams within larger initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and/or initiatives simultaneously and align outcomes to achieve overall program success.
• Define, track, and report program status, development issues, and success metrics.
• Identify, assess, and monitor program and project risks.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, performance, and schedules.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across projects and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact individual projects or the overall program.
• Adhere to established project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.

Requirements of the Program Manager:

• 5+ years of related experience; utility industry experience .
• Experience with Power BI.
• Previous SAP experience is .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Strong communication skills.
