Job Title: Lead Program Manager
Salary: $90-$105K
Location: Beverly MA 01915
Duration: PERM
Shift: M-F 1st Shift
Job Summary:
The top priorities facing the Lead Program Manager will be the point of contact for the client, responsibility for the delivery schedules, communication among the different departments, and staying up to date on the scorecards and concerns of the clients. This individual will be required to lead a team making program update presentations to executives, generate monthly and yearly forecast/budget and possess a complete understanding of product lines and capabilities. This person will lead a worldwide team supporting New Product Introductions as well as the product transfer process between facilities. Coordinate technical and customer service support to field sales and intra-company personnel. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Essential Functions:
· Lead the Program Management organization supporting new part introductions and part transfer projects
· Lead meetings and communications with customers facing teams, clients, and management to minimize alignment meeting quantity and time
· Collaborate with customers facing teams on operational lead times and availability of products
· Creator and Owner of project timelines in Microsoft Project and Excel
· Evaluate and address programs' risks, strengths, and weaknesses in a concise manner to executives
· Develop and maintain trust and relations with current and potential clients
· Oversee and support activities associated with assigned programs to ensure the goals and KPIs are achieved
· Manage program risks and coordinate corrective and mitigation measures
· Understand and use of Client Portals and Scorecards
· Participate in the Strategy and Budget Planning process including developing forward looking business plans
Required Skills/Qualifications:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
· Excellent Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
· Knowledge of cost, pricing and quoting processes
· Ability to travel unrestricted worldwide up to 50% of time
· Fluent in English
Desired Skills/ Qualifications:
· 5 years Program Management experience
· Change Agent with a Lean/Sigma Black Belt
· Demonstrated maturity and good judgment
Required Years’ Experience & Education:
· Experience 3+ years
· Education bachelor’s degree. Desired education BSBA or BS Engineering
· Is equivalent work experience acceptable, in lieu of required degree/certification? YES
