Job Title: Program Manager, Integrated Operations PMO

Duration: 8 Plus Months

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duties: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager specializing in Finance and ERP transformation to join the Integrated Operations PMO. This role owns delivery across planning, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare for Procure to Pay and Core Finance strategies. You will ensure execution, coordination, and governance are handled with rigor, allowing the business to focus on strategic decision-making.

Accountabilities include integrated planning, cross-vendor execution, testing discipline, data readiness, and stakeholder communications for large-scale ERP initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA). You will partner with the Core Finance Sr. Program Manager, business stakeholders, IT, and PMO teams to ensure transformation readiness.

Responsibilities:

Program & Integrated Planning: Own the integrated program plan and cutover timeline. Align release windows, SAP go-lives, SIT/UAT cycles, and hypercare across multiple vendors (e.g., IBM, Graphite, Vertex, Workday) to provide a single, trusted timeline.

Cross-Vendor Coordination: Lead day-to-day coordination across system integrators and SaaS vendors. Resolve issues involving payment methods, bank keys, tax codes, and master data to prevent business teams from acting as go-betweens.

Governance & RAID: Manage a disciplined RAID process using JIRA. Formally document critical decisions regarding company code/plant rules and system interactions to prevent re-litigation.

Testing & Cutover: Enforce SIT/UAT governance, including test scripts, data, defect triage, and go/no-go criteria. Drive cutover execution via runbooks, sequencing, and escalation management.

Scope & Delivery: Protect business priorities by distinguishing "must-have" go-live capabilities from post-go-live enhancements. Manage mid-stream scope expansion and communicate trade-offs to leadership.

Data Quality: Coordinate data remediation (supplier cleansing, tax IDs, bank formats). Ensure the business validates business rules rather than raw files.

Stakeholder Engagement: Own communication cadences (leadership updates, weekly change highlights) using JIRA, Slack, and Zoom. Partner with change management to drive readiness through focus groups and training.

Escalation: Manage escalation paths to vendor leadership and internal executives when quality or timelines are at risk.

Qualifications:

4–6+ years of program/project management experience focused on enterprise ERP transformations.

Proven ability to drive multi-phase S/4HANA (or similar) projects end-to-end (Plan to Hypercare).

Deep knowledge of procurement, AP, GL, tax, and master data to identify downstream impacts.

Ability to navigate stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Treasury, IT) to reach decisions independently.

Experience with multi-system integrations (CPI, PR/PO flows, tax engines) and data-quality workstreams.

Experience building SIT/UAT strategies and cutover runbooks.

Proficiency in JIRA, RAID logs, and GDrive in agile/iterative environments.

PMP or CAPM certification ; familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
