Program Manager, Global Product Information and Digital Asset Management (Remote)

The Program Manager, Global PIM & DAM leads the development and execution of our global product information management (PIM) and digital asset management (DAM) program strategies. Working closely with our Information Technology, Product Management, and Marketing teams to deploy, refine, and maintain these platforms and to develop policies and governance on how product data and digital assets are collected and used across the organization and distributed to customers. They work closely with our Product Commercialization team to develop strategies for the further completion & enrichment of our product information and asset library and to automate the process of providing product data files to customers. Lastly, they develop and execute a global roadmap for PIM and DAM system deployments, integrations, and enhancements to support our goal of being best in class in product data and digital asset management.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Creates and enforces policies on effective product data management and digital asset managementFormulates techniques for product data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of product dataEstablishes rules and procedures for product data & digital asset sharing with internal and external stakeholdersSupports others in the daily use of PIM & DAM and ensure adherence to company standardsDevelops, implements, and trains users on policies and governance around how product data and digital assets are collected, organized, and used across the organizationDevelops the strategy and roadmap of product data and digital asset enhancements for direct purchase channels to help customers make informed purchase decisionsDevelops and executes a plan for global PIM & DAM adoptionDevelopment of dashboards to monitor product data quality and scoring with a view on maximizing KPI improvements, ROI, and business impactsAssist with reports, data extractions, and incoming product data files when neededEDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related fieldQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 5 years’ experience in product data management. Experience with IBM Infosphere or Salsify a plusDemonstrated experience in executing a global PIM system deploymentDemonstrated experience in managing DAM systems. Experience using Digizuite a plusAbility to decipher and organize large amounts of data An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem solving skillsAbility to translate complex problems clearly and in non-technical termsProven experience in measuring and reporting program progress and resultsSuperior project management and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordUp to 20% travel*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
