Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resources.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address challenges.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to Board Members and executive leadership.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's or Doctorate in Business Administration, Project Management, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- Current license issued by the Indiana Social worker, Marriage and Family director Worker, or Mental Health Counselor Board as one of the following: 1) Clinical Social Worker, 2) Marriage and Family Direct Worker, 3) Mental Health Counselor
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
