Overview
The Local Program Manager at Florence Detention Facility supports the Chaplain by coordinating volunteers, maintaining program documentation, and assisting with detainee accommodations. This role ensures all ICE standards are met.
Key Duties

Assist the Chaplain in planning and administering services and activities.

Manage volunteer recruitment, vetting, and scheduling.

Maintain accurate reports, attendance logs, and program documentation.

Coordinate detainee requests for meals, observances, and grievances.

Support compliance with the Quality Control Plan and program deliverables.
Qualifications
-
At least 2 years of experience in , social work, volunteer coordination, or a related field.

Prior experience in detention, correctional, or institutional environments .

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
