We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to take ownership of the execution phase of a large-scale infrastructure transformation program, driving a global VMware Exit and datacenter modernization initiative across multiple countries and technical workstreams.

Program Scale:

Tier-1 locations across Helsinki, Budapest and Germany

Complex technical and organizational dependencies across multiple teams and regions
\n
\n
What You’ll Bring:
\n
Extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure / transformation programs
\n
Proven experience with datacenter transformation, cloud migration or VMware Exit programs
\n
Strong execution and delivery management experience
\n
Ability to coordinate complex migration activities, workstreams and dependencies
\n
Experience managing international stakeholders and distributed project teams
\n
Strong risk, dependency, escalation and issue management skills
\n
Experience preparing and conducting Steering Committees and management reporting
\n
Ability to drive delivery against timeline, budget and quality objectives
\n
Strong decision-making and ability to resolve complex open topics
\n
Solid understanding of modern infrastructure and cloud technologies
\n
Hands-on, execution-focused approach with strong ownership mentality
\n
Experience working in complex global enterprise environments
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Lead program execution and drive delivery across workstreams
\n
• Coordinate and track large-scale infrastructure migration activities
\n
• Manage international stakeholders and technical teams
\n
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and escalations
\n
• Drive decision-making and resolution of open issues
\n
• Prepare Steering Committee meetings and executive reporting
\n
• Track progress against timeline, budget and quality objectives
\n
• Ensure effective coordination across regions and technical domains
\n
Mandatory :
