Job Description

Future Technologies (FTI) is in search of a Program Manager to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the customer
• Devising new programs that support the objectives
• Coming up with sustainable goals for the Work Area
• Develop budgets and plans for the programs
• Evaluating and assessing the programs’ risks
• Monitoring projects and overseeing project leads to ensure goals are met
• Meeting with customers to discuss program status and goals
• Ensure contract deliverables are accurate and on time

Qualifications:

• Thirty-six (36) years of general combat system experience, such as prior experience in one or more of the following: combat systems design/engineering, combat system computer program development, combat system certification, combat system simulation engineering, combat system operations, and life-cycle support.
• Twenty-two (22) years specific experience as follows:
• Experience in conducting and coordinating contractual activities, including monitoring and reporting contract performance status and metrics, plus financial coordination and reporting.
• Experience ensuring CDRLs are delivered in the appropriate format and within the defined schedule.
• Experience performing job estimation activities.
• Experience leading and managing large-scale, multi-site operations, support, and Life-Cycle maintenance effort of combat system and/or simulation hardware and software systems.
• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS.
