Program Manager
Location: Main St, Bridgewater
Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary Range: $58,697/year

What You’ll Do:
Provide operational and clinical leadership for a program, ensuring exceptional person‑centered care and full compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee daily program operations, staffing, and budget management
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development to staff
• Ensure program fidelity and compliance with funding sources, state requirements, and agency policies
• Serve as a point of contact for families, stakeholders, and community partners
• Use data to guide decisions and continuously improve outcomes
What You Bring:
• Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field but not required
• Essential: Valid driver’s license (3 years if under 21) and reliable transportation
• Understanding: Commitment to and supporting individuals in full community participation
• Skills: Clear communication, basic computer proficiency, teamwork, and professionalism
• Bonus: Fluency in English; multilingual ability a plus
