Compensation: Starting at $65,000 (negotiable based upon experience)

What You’ll Do

As Program Manager, you’ll provide leadership and oversight for our residential team and services, ensuring quality care and a supportive environment for our clients. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting direct care staff
• Conducting staff evaluations and promoting professional development
• Developing and maintaining individualized Residential Care Plans
• Ensuring compliance with state regulations and inspection standards
• Managing staff scheduling and coverage
• Serving as the on-call point person for emergencies
• Facilitating staff and meetings
• Coordinating medication management with clinical professionals
• Communicating with families as appropriate
• Participating in hiring and staff retention with administrative input
• Collaborating with the clinical team and other Program Managers
• Maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and comfortable living environment
• Ensuring dietary needs are met per medical directives

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in human services or a BA in a human services-related field with 2 years management experience
• Leadership: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and handle crisis situations
• Flexibility: Must be available for on-call responsibilities and able to adjust schedule as needed
• Driver’s License: Must maintain insurability under Trivium’s auto policy
