Overview
The Local Program Manager at the Batavia Service Processing Center provides administrative and logistical support to the Local Facility Chaplain. This role ensures smooth coordination of programming, volunteer management, and compliance with ICE standards.

Key Duties

• Assist the Chaplain in planning and administering services and activities.

• Manage volunteer recruitment, vetting, and scheduling.

• Maintain accurate reports, attendance logs, and program documentation.

• Coordinate detainee requests for meals, observances, and grievances.

• Support compliance with the Quality Control Plan and program deliverables.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in , social work, volunteer coordination, or a related field.

• Prior experience in detention, correctional, or institutional environments .

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
