What you'll do:

✅ Lead cross-functional international teams and act as the key interface between customer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

✅ Drive program execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality targets
\n
✅ Manage product development activities, engineering changes, launch readiness, and customer expectations
\n
✅ Identify risks, solve complex challenges, and lead teams toward successful outcomes
\n
✅ Own program financial performance, project timelines, and launch milestones
\n
✅ Participate together with the Commercial and Technology team in the key business acquisition phase.

✅ Build strong customer relationships and become the trusted partner for program implementation

What we're looking for:
\n
✔ 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Tier-1 suppliers
\n
✔ Strong technical understanding of automotive electronics and product development processes
\n
✔ Proven experience in international project/program management
\n
✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
\n
✔ Business-fluent German and English
\n
✔ Valid residence and work permit for Germany
