DT Professionals is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA. This role is responsible for overseeing all program activities to ensure successful delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, performance standards, and compliance regulations. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the government client and provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing federal contracts, cross-functional teams, and complex program deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including NIST (RMF, 800-53), FISMA, FedRAMP (as applicable), and agency-specific security policies.
  • Lead overall program execution to ensure compliance with contract scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
  • Develop and implement program management plans, staffing strategies, risk mitigation plans, and performance monitoring processes.
  • Oversee financial management of the contract, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal regulations, compliance requirements, security standards, and company policies.
  • Manage and mentor program staff, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Prepare and deliver required reports, briefings, and performance updates to government stakeholders and executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 7+ years of continuous Program Management experience in security operations or equivalent area.
  • Must have one of the following PMI certifications (must be Active):
    • Project Management Professional  (PMP) 
    • Program Management Professional (PgMP)
    • Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)
  • Must have one of the following certifications (must be Active):
    • ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
