Program Manager – Residential

Location: Sharon, MA

Salary: $58,700

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-5p

FLSA Status: Exempt

Overview:

Join BAMSI’s Community Living & Day Services team as a Program Manager, supporting adults with disabilities and/or brain injuries in residential settings. This role combines direct care, program oversight, staff supervision, and quality management to ensure individuals live meaningful, independent lives within their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of residential programs.

• Support individuals in achieving goals outlined in their Individual Support Plans (ISP).

• Promote Positive Behavior Supports and community engagement.

• Supervise and develop program staff.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and medication protocols.

• Provide 24-hour on-call support on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree .

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and 3+ years of driving experience.

• Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

• Experience with individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move 25–75 lbs.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

• Visual acuity for data and computer work.
