We are currently seeking a full time Program Manager for our West Jordan, UT Location.


The Program Manager manages and coordinates all processes involved in developing an electronic and/or software product. They oversee product design, production, distribution, marketing, and sales. The Program Manager is responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to create winning products that keep the product category ahead of the competitive landscape while aligning with the overall goals of Audio Enhancement.


Their primary responsibility is to define a clear vision that aligns with Audio Enhancement’s mission and the engineering team’s goals, while staying up to date on all developments essential to achieving desired outcomes. They will collaborate with departments across Audio Enhancement when executing development projects.


The Program Manager will define features that meet user needs while staying within budget constraints. They will be involved in all aspects of the project, including design, marketing, sales, packaging, production, quality, and fulfillment. They will also create project timelines for each aspect of a new product and estimate task durations based on experience and feedback from other departments.


Duties include:

  • Work closely with the Product Manager to align product plans with broader ecosystem goals. Share feedback and performance data to guide strategy.
  • Manage a product portfolio through all lifecycle stages. Define the vision and roadmap aligned with company goals. Track key metrics such as adoption and revenue.
  • Follow PLM processes from concept to end-of-life for both hardware and software projects. Manage change requests and ensure documentation compliance with the PLM Coordinator.
  • Lead product development from concept to launch. Use customer and market insights to shape features. Host monthly leadership meetings and review post-launch performance.
  • Partner with hardware and software teams throughout development. Support engineering testing and manage third-party integrations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and marketing to execute product initiatives. Provide regular updates and support executive reporting.
  • Ensure product milestones are met on time and within budget. Report progress, risks, and results to the Director of PLM and other stakeholders.
  • Track product KPIs and performance using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Contribute to annual portfolio reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Train the sales team on new products through meetings and presentations. Participate in sales calls and ensure training materials are created and shared with partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate product representation across all channels. Support go-to-market plans with pricing, messaging, and launch strategy.
  • Work with the Quality team to develop product testing and QA processes. Ensure reliable product delivery by coordinating with fulfillment teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA .
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, managing a portfolio of products.
  • Experience with IoT products, including hardware/software integration.
  • Proven track record of managing product development through a PLM process and collaborating with a Product Manager or visionary role.
  • Strong understanding of standards, code requirements, and compliance relevant to the market.
  • Experience with Windows, Cisco Systems, Linux, and Mac.
  • Knowledge of network-based systems.
  • Familiarity with Audio Enhancement products and technology in the education market is a plus.

Wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
